017年2月8日下午，人民银行营业管理部检查组又对其他从事比特币交易的“中国比特币”、“比特币交易网”、“好比特币”、“云币网”、“元宝网”、“BTC100”、“聚币网”、“币贝网”、“大红火”等9家在京的比特币交易平台主要负责人进行约谈，通报目前比特币交易平台存在的问题，提示交易平台可能存在的法律风险、政策风险及技术风险等，了解9家交易平台运行情况，并提出明确要求：不得违规从事融资融币等金融业务，不得参与洗钱活动，不得违反国家有关反洗钱、外汇管理和支付结算等金融法律法规，不得违反国家税收和工商广告管理等法律规定。如发现有比特币交易平台违反上述要求，情节严重的，检查组将提请有关部门依法予以关停取缔。
